23 Glove Sdn Bhd operates a high-capacity manufacturing network strategically distributed across Malaysia, including major facilities in Johor, Kuala Pilah, Chemor, and Tasek. As of 2025, the company produces over 1 billion gloves annually, supported by a dedicated workforce of more than 200 employees spanning production, quality control, logistics, and administration.

Our operations are now centered at two main factories — Chemor and Tasek. The Chemor plant supports local and government supply, while the Tasek plant focuses on large-scale production to meet growing demand. This operational structure ensures efficient workflow, flexibility, and a faster response to customer needs.

With a full-scale manufacturing capability established by 2020, 23 Glove continues to invest in advanced automation and smart technologies to enhance efficiency, maintain consistent quality, and support eco-friendly production. The company’s facilities are built to meet stringent global standards, enabling them to serve diverse sectors including healthcare, industrial, and retail across over 20 countries.
